Many people purchase a lift kit as one of their ATV accessories.  The lift kit helps ensure that there is enough clearance with fenders and other parts of the ATV and gives the ATV about 2 more inches of rise.  Make sure you purchase the right lift kit for your specific ATV as they do differ based on size.
